India Properties Limited is a family run business that offers both short term and holiday let properties. It is owned by Gordon and Angela Rule who have more than 25 years property rental experience.

The holiday let properties are all within a half mile radius of the City Centre. India Street is in the centre of Edinburgh’s famous New Town, Huntingdon Place is on the edge of the New Town and is ten minutes walk from Princes Street and Arthur Street is half a mile north of the City. Huntingdon Place and Arthur Street have the added bonus of private parking and are situated close to the main bus routes on Leith Walk that provide access to all parts of the City. Waverley Railway Station and St Andrews Bus Station and are also within half a miles walk.

The properties are individually furnished to an excellent standard and are well equipped. Gordon and Angela have given every consideration to the comfort of their guests to ensure that their holiday flat provides them with a home from home where they can relax after a busy day. This includes a starter pack of tea, coffee, bread, butter, milk and fresh fruit.
